A versatile artist noted artist Jean-Paul van Boxtel, a Dutch painter, living in Hilvarenbeek, a beautiful small village in the southern Netherlands. Known not only his expertise in the field of painting itself, but it is also his expertise as a teacher and as the author of two books which makes him an all-round professional.
For over 30 years, Jean-Paul thrives as a working artist in the Netherlands.Jean-Paul continues to develop in his own craft, learning the many, and always innovative materials in the field of painting. Each new medium is examined by him and eventually used in his works. Whether figurative concerns landscape or portrait painting, his sources of inspiration know no bounds.
The main two suppliers of artists supplies worldwide engaged, Jean-Paul for workshops over the years in the Netherlands to demonstrate promote their material. Jean-Paul has two books to his name: The power of color and the strength of acrylic. Text, photos and layout of his hand, only the printing of the books he had to relinquish. Meanwhile, both books are sold. The book The Power of acrylic is translated into English (Incredible acrylics) and is frequently purchased abroad.
His love for painting not only stays with him myself, but this love he would like others to convey. In his studio come every week students together to develop art painting in the beautiful box itself. With his students Jean-Paul taught several painting courses in foreign countries: Italy, Germany and France.
