Artist Statement Reginald Watterson was raised in a Beach Town in Florida and went to Florida State University where he studied painting and art history. He got his Master of Fine Art Degree from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York. He major in Sculpture and art history in New York and taught some art classes at the Queens Museum in New York. Reggie also taught basic art and design classes at South Eastern University in Washington, DC. He lives in El Paso and has a studio at the Art Junction. Reggie is past President and active member of the El Paso Art Association. He has exhibited his work on the East Coast from Florida to Maine and now shows his work in Texas and the Southwestern area.
