Artist Statement My name is Ivan and I am an artist who's subject matters include; drugs, isolation, depression, corporate greed, and duality. I paint with acrylics, I also do color pencil illustrations and marker illustrations. My goal with art is to inspire individuals who may feel depressed, alienated, or left out of society , and who may need something like art to get them through life, where other things may fail. Some of my favorite artist are Dali, Kahlo, Alex Grey, Diego Rivera, Picasso, Magritte, just to name a few. Other inpirations include Jim Morrison, Kurt Cobain, Immortal Technique, Hunter S. Thompson, and my mom.
