Artist Statement Since my mother handed me my first box of crayons I’ve been hooked. I would color on any blank surface, even the walls (sorry, Mom, for all the messes). I was also known to “customize” the coloring sheets that were handed out in class (sorry, Ms. Teacher, for not following directions). Now the years have passed and my creative habits haven’t really changed much. Any blank surface is a canvas and it’s always a joy to color outside the lines.
