Artist Statement My father was a professional photographer and gave me my first camera when I was seven years old, the same time that I started working in the darkroom next to him (Remember darkrooms?). I won my first photography award in high school. Although my main passion is "traditional" fine art, I believe that the same skills apply to creating a great photo as to any other form of art.
