Artist Statement I was born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in Massachusetts, and was encouraged in the arts from an early age. I studied and painted with nationally known artist, Roger Curtis for 20 years. My specialties are landscapes and seascapes using and oil medium and my painting field ranges from Newfoundland to the Florida Keys. My paintings are in numerous national and international private collections, including those in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Illinois, Virginia, Florida, California, Colorado, Sweden, Germany, and Ireland. In addition to my painting, I also have professionally followed a career in the “lost wax process” while studying sculpting. During this period I worked with such artists as Mirtala Bentov, Nancy Schon, Red Tovich, and Kalel Gibran.

I am a past President of the Woburn Guild of Artists for two years and the first President of the Massachusetts Arts Lottery, Woburn Chapter for two years. I have been an active member of the North Shore Arts Association, Copley Society, Woburn Guild of Artists and Key West Arts. I currently have my studio in Woburn, Massachusetts.
