Artist Statement Hello there, welcome!

My name is Becky, I'm 33 and the mother of two beautiful children. I got my first camera just after my son was born (almost 13 years ago) and ever since, taking photographs has not only turned into a passion of mine but the world of photography itself has, opened my eyes (and a few doors) to a whole new world and a new way of seeing the ordinary...to say the least, it's been an amazing journey so far. I usually have my camera with me at all times. That said, I find it very refreshing (and relaxing) to just be able to grab it and go; be it for a short drive or a long walk...a quick, but sometimes much needed, escape from the hustle and bustle that is everyday life. I hope you enjoy these images as much as I enjoy capturing them.

My work has been published in PhotoLife magazine and Canadian Geographic magazine and can be found on postcards in and around Las Vegas, NV and various media websites throughout the world.
