Artist Statement I am a retired graphic designer with 40 years of experience working EVEN BEFORE the computer! We had to not only know 2-dimensional design principles in the early days, but how to sketch our design out on the layout pad to pass along to photography and the paste-up depts. Later, of course, we embraced the luxury of the computer.

I have also been an "Artist-in-Residence" for the local schools in the town of my residence for many years, teaching design principles to grade school and high school students, as well as doing murals for schools on their walls. I have also designed many logos for many town port-of-entry signs, businesses and ballet and drama companies over the years.

I now spend my time designing for friends' celebrations, memorial plaques, greeting cards, and now....for YOU! I hope you enjoy what's in MY Headspace done not just as a sometime reflection of me, but perhaps for what might be the sentiments of some of YOU! You've got to have a sense of humor, and enjoy all that's out there. Thank you in advance to all who like my aesthetics enough to bring one home.
