My work here is conceptual and expressive by using minimal colour and textures to help express mood. Imagery is mainly influenced by my history, environment and instincts. I aimed to create images that are a reflection of the way I interpret the world. For me, the practice of the artist is an expression of the edges of our awareness. I feel it is art that heralds the growth of our collective unconscious and is among the most potent forms of expression that we have at our command. I feel it illuminates sources common to our experience and allows dialogue to occur.
