If you pay by credit card, please go to your account, click on "Membership Level" and be sure that your current payment method is valid and that the card has not expired since you first added it. If you need to change your credit card or the expiration date of the current card, click on "Change." Delete the current card and add the new information. We will try to charge your card again in one week, but if the charge fails to go through, your account will be downgraded to the Standard free account and you will lose images in all but three galleries, your Storefront, and other account benefits if you haven't prepared in advance of the downgrade.
