Description This is a print from the sell-out solo exhibition 'Kai's Endless Playlist' which occurred in London in September 2011. This particular image was based on the song 'Lemon Song' by Led ZepEach individual piece was created using popular song lyrics as a stimulus. Aside from a deep love of music and lyrics, this selection of work reveals the influence of Japanese Graphic Novels and the spattering sway of London Street-Art. Modern elements such as these are contradictorily caught up in the controlled curves of Lynsey's unique spin on classic Art Nouveau lines. It was with this particular style that Lynsey Morgann Laurence launched her career as a contemporary artist in the Autumn of 2011Heavily outlined, colourful, layered and playful; her work can appear light-hearted and impulsive on the surface, but on closer inspection it can be observed that the subject matter is both painfully reflective and deeply expressive.
