Description 15x11 watercolor; The Old Town Square stands as one of Europe's largest medieval town squares, tracing its origins back to the 13th century and remaining the beating heart of Krakw ever since. Initially bustling with trade as a vibrant marketplace, it was encircled by significant civic and religious edifices. At the heart of this square stands St. Mary's Basilica, a distinguished landmark renowned for its captivating Gothic architecture. Its exterior boasts soaring spires, intricate tracery, and ornate embellishments, featuring delicate sculptures, gargoyles, and decorative motifs. Dominating the basilica are its Twin Towers, each soaring over 80 meters in height. Among them, the taller 'Trumpeter's Tower' symbolizes Krakw, where the renowned Hejna Mariacki, the iconic trumpet signal, resonates hourly.
